By using this service, I agree that:

  1. (a) I shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service nor any connected systems or networks.

    (b) I shall not hold HDB liable for any damage or loss that I may be exposed to and shall indemnify HDB for any claim or loss which HDB may suffer as a result of my accessing or using this service.

    (c) I shall not reproduce, publish, display or adapt any part of the information and materials, or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of HDB without HDB's prior written approval.
  2. HDB may modify or suspend the service without giving any prior notice.
  3. HDB does not warrant that the information provided will be timely, uninterrupted or free from error.
  4. The information is provided at HDB's sole discretion for general information only. It shall not be used for entering into any sale and purchase agreement nor for any other purpose (including commercial purposes).
  5. All intellectual property rights contained in the information shall belong solely to HDB.
  6. HDB may modify these conditions at any time.

Terms of Use from URA

By using this service, I understand and agree that:

  1. URA does not warrant the completeness, correctness or accuracy of any information provided on the service.
  2. Information on the service is provided for general information only and is not intended to be used or relied on by anyone for any purpose (whether commercial or otherwise), including any decision to enter into any transaction for sale or purchase of any property.
  3. All intellectual property rights relating to the service and any information contained therein shall belong to URA and URA shall have the sole discretion to modify or suspend the services or any part thereof without any prior notice.
  4. I shall not under any circumstances hold URA liable for any damage or loss or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, from:

    (a) any use of or access to the service; or

    (b) any use of or reliance on any information provided on the service;

    made by me or any other person.
  5. Unless with URA's prior written approval, I shall not reproduce, publish, display or adapt any part of any such information or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of URA in relation to the services.
  6. URA may modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time at its sole discretion.
  7. In the event that I shall fail to observe any of these Terms of Use, I shall indemnify URA against all damages and losses which URA may suffer or incur arising directly or indirectly from or in relation to any such failure or my use of or access to the service.
